How often is my data synced after the first sync?

Sync frequency depends on the data source:


API-based data (directly from integrations): Updated every 1–2 hours, depending on platform responsiveness (e.g., Shopee may experience delays due to maintenance).


Chrome Extension data: Synced every 40 minutes, but requires:

  • Your browser to be open
  • You to be logged into the respective seller centers
  • You to be logged into the Kabana app

    Some platforms, like Lazada, log users out every few hours, whereas Shopee and TikTok Shop logouts occur less frequently (every few weeks). If you manage multiple seller centre accounts on the same platform (e.g., two Shopee Malaysia accounts), we recommend using separate Chrome profiles to keep sessions active.
    You can check the data freshness in the Chrome extension and manually trigger a sync if needed.
