Kabana consolidates your store’s data from both API and the store’s Seller Center to create the complete overview of your business. The steps below will help you to complete the integration for both API data and Seller Center data.
API Integration:
- Visit go.usekabana.com and login with your account
- Click on Integrations on the left-menu
- Choose the platform you want to integrate and click Configure
- Click Add/Reconnect on the top-right side where you will be redirected to the respective platform website for login
- Upon successful integration, the number of Connections will increase.
- The API will sync the data to the Kabana Dashboard every 2 hours.
Seller Center (via Chrome Extension):
- First, we need to install Kabana Chrome Extension. Visit https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/kabana-data-sync/ldophgnhkoihaeaibnjgldhocgcofadm in your Google Chrome and click Add to Chrome.
- In your Google Chrome, go to Menu > Extensions > Manage Extensions and ensure that Kabana Chrome Extension is enabled.
- Open Kabana Chrome Extension, ensure your account is selected (top-right corner), and ensure that all stores’ Seller Center is logged in (if it is Logged Out, click Log into Seller Center) and click Sync Now to start syncing immediately.
Note: Depending on the amount of data, the sync process might take up to 3 hours.
- Subsequently, the data will be automatically synced to your Kabana dashboard every 3 hours.
Note: For the data sync to work, you must ensure you remain logged into each Seller Center. If you notice the data is not coming, please check if you are still logged into the missing data’s Seller Center
- In the event you have multiple stores for the same platform, you can do either:
- In the same Google Chrome, login to each store’s Seller Center (Login to Store A => Logout => Login to Store B => Logout => {repeat})
- Create multiple Google Chrome Profile, and login to each store’s Seller Center in different Google Chrome profile
