Why is it that at times when I select WeeklyMonthly CVR in the custom dashboard, the data is empty?

Some traffic-related metrics are strictly based on calendar periods, meaning they follow:

  • Daily (single days)
  • Weekly (Monday–Sunday)
  • Monthly (full calendar month)

Traffic data comes from the Chrome extension, which retrieves information directly from your seller center. However, seller centers do not provide access to unique visitor data, which prevents us from accurately calculating conversion rates (CVR) for non-calendar periods.


As a result, 
Weekly/Monthly Visitors and CVR metrics may appear empty until the full calendar period is complete. In fact, most platforms do not provide this data either.
